A taste of Venezuela, in the heart of the UK.
Base & Sazón was born from a single recipe — Abuela's reina pepiada. Every arepa we press, every black bean we slow-cook, every plantain we caramelise carries the warmth of home. We source corn flour from Venezuela, plantains from local markets, and serve it all with the kind of generosity you only find on a Caracas Sunday.
